Fort Bragg is home to U.S. Army Reserve Command, Forces Command, the Mission and Installation Contracting Command, and the largest Special Operations community in the world. Each generates sustained demand for professional services contracts across program management, analytics, planning, and administrative support functions.
A defense company based in Fayetteville, NC does not discover the Fort Bragg market from a business development trip. We are in that market — adjacent to the commands we serve, employing personnel who live in this community, and positioned to respond to opportunities that remote companies cannot compete for on the same terms.
The personnel we hire for federal services are not temporary contract workers. They become a permanent cleared bench — professionals we retain, develop, and redeploy across programs as our portfolio grows. That bench is an asset, and we are building it deliberately.
What the Positions Cover
Current openings span several functional areas across Fort Bragg and distributed locations.
Program support and analytics. Positions embedded with Army and federal agency customers providing analytical, administrative, and program coordination support. Roles vary in technical requirements depending on the specific program and installation.
Real property and installation management support. Positions supporting Army installation real property programs — physical inventory, system management, compliance documentation, and directorate coordination. GFEBS real property system experience is frequently required.
Planning and advisory support. Strategic and operational planning support for readiness commands and related organizations. Army force structure, readiness management, or installation management backgrounds are directly applicable.
All positions are W-2, SCA-covered where applicable, and require U.S. citizenship. Most positions require an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Distributed Locations
In addition to Fort Bragg, the division currently supports positions at installations in South Carolina, Wisconsin, New Jersey, California, Massachusetts, and Hawaii. Candidates already located in those markets are encouraged to apply for the relevant positions.
